Nicole
Program Director
Nicole has been a dedicated member of Percy’s Clubhouse for many years, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to inclusive childcare. As Program Manager, she expertly oversees both the administrative and business operations, while also leading our Willow Program with creativity and compassion.
​
Nicole serves as a key liaison with School District 63, Queen Alexandra Centre, and VIHA, helping to ensure our programs remain collaborative, compliant, and community-centered. Her energy, kindness, and leadership have made her an integral part of our team—and a beloved face in the Sidney community.

Manny
Financial Assistant Manager
Everyone at Percy's will agree that Manny's energy and enthusiasm are palpable!

As our Financial Assistant Manager, she expertly manages all financial operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. In addition to her financial role, Manny leads our Spruce Program, where her positivity truly shines.
​
Children are naturally drawn to Manny’s upbeat spirit and nurturing presence. She has a gift for guiding kids through new experiences with confidence and care. Whether she’s problem-solving, playing, or leading activities, Manny is always focused on building strong, meaningful relationships with every child she supports.

Caisa
Programming Assistant Manager
Caisa brings creativity and insight to her role as Lead Programmer at Percy’s Clubhouse. She heads up our Sitka Program, where her thoughtful approach to child development truly shines.
A 2019 graduate from the University of Victoria with a BA in Social Sciences, Caisa is passionate about exploring how the structures of society shape children’s experiences. She designs activities that encourage communication, critical thinking, and curiosity. Her goals are to help children grow in both confidence and connection.

With a background in recreation and program planning, Caisa ensures that every day in the Sitka Program is fun, educational, and full of meaningful engagement.

Mariah
Support Worker
Mariah brings her valuable experience as an Educational Assistant at Sidney Elementary to her role at Percy’s Clubhouse, where she supports our programs with confidence and care. A familiar and trusted face, Mariah is a strong support worker who seamlessly guides children through their day, no matter what comes her way.
​
Her goal is to help children build the confidence and life skills they need to thrive; both in and out of the classroom. With her quick thinking and adaptable nature, Mariah creates a supportive and empowering environment where kids feel safe, seen, and capable.
At Percy’s, you’ll find Mariah leading with structure, and a steady hand, always ready to rise to any challenge.

Larina
Leader
Larina joined Percy’s Clubhouse after graduating from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Science, and we feel incredibly lucky to have her on our team!
A talented artist and natural creative, Larina brings warmth, imagination, and a gentle presence to everything she does. Children are drawn to her fun, artistic energy and her ability to connect on their level. Whether she’s leading a game or helping kids work through peer challenges, Larina has a knack for breaking down complex ideas in age-appropriate, meaningful ways. Every child walks away from time with Larina having learned something new, and usually with a smile on their face!

Larina also brings seasonal magic to our spaces, decorating each room with handmade creations that reflect the holidays and changes of the year. Her thoughtful touches add so much to the environment, making Percy’s feel festive, welcoming, and full of joy.

Keely
Leader
Keely is one of our very own Percy’s alumni, and we’re thrilled to have her back, this time as a staff member! Currently studying at Camosun College to become a Dental Hygienist, Keely brings a calm, structured approach to her work with children, guiding them through routines with clarity and care.
Her training has proven to be a wonderful asset to our programs. Whether she’s supporting a child through a new experience or helping with transitions, Keely brings patience, empathy, and a reassuring presence to every room she visits.

Keely’s optimism and warm personality make her a favorite wherever she goes. As a program floater, she shares her positive energy across all groups... making sure every room gets a little bit of Keely’s sparkle!


Rachel
Leader
Rachel is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at the University of Victoria, with the goal of becoming a counsellor. Her passion for mental wellness and child development shines through in everything she does at Percy’s Clubhouse.
​
With a calm, empathetic presence, Rachel excels at supporting children as they grow into confident, self-aware individuals. She is a skilled and active listener who knows how to guide conversations in a way that empowers children to express themselves, reflect, and make positive choices.
​
Rachel’s gentle encouragement and supportive nature make her an invaluable part of our team, helping children feel seen, heard, and capable every step of the way.

Matt
Leader
Matt is the newest addition to Percy’s Clubhouse, and he’s already made a big impact! As a leader in our Grade 4–5 program, Matt brings a calm, confident presence and a natural ability to connect with kids through play, learning, and leadership.
​
Whether he’s teaching a group how to solve a Rubik’s Cube at the table or refereeing a soccer game on the field, Matt leads with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm. His quick thinking and adaptable nature help him create an environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and ready to take on new challenges.
We’re thrilled to have Matt on board because he’s a perfect fit for our team and a favorite among the kids!
Pam
Leader
Pam is a wealth of knowledge and experience, and we’re incredibly lucky to have her on the Percy’s team! After retiring from a remarkable 35-year career as an Educational Assistant, Pam now brings her expertise to our programs, where she continues to make a lasting impact.

Pam's ability to connect with children of all ages, whether younger or older, enables her to build strong, positive relationships that foster personal growth. Her calm and encouraging presence creates a nurturing environment where every child feels supported and empowered to develop at their own pace.
With Pam, the children always come first, and we’re grateful for the invaluable knowledge and dedication she brings to Percy’s Clubhouse.

Ella
Leader
As an aspiring Social Worker, Ella is deeply passionate about supporting the well-being and development of all children. With her empathetic nature and keen understanding of each child’s unique personality, Ella has a special ability to make every child feel seen, heard, and valued.

Her kindness and positive energy bring a sense of happiness and optimism to our center, creating an environment where children feel safe and encouraged to grow. Ella can be found leading our Spruce Program, where she brings her caring presence and dedication to every interaction.

Grace
Leader & Support Worker
Grace is a dynamic and energetic leader who brings movement, laughter, and a playful spirit to everything she does at Percy’s Clubhouse. Her great sense of humor and upbeat attitude make her a perfect match for our most active kiddos—always ready to jump into a game, join a dance party, or head outside for an adventure.

As a highly adaptable support worker, Grace brings her positivity and enthusiasm to every room. Children are naturally drawn to her lively presence and caring nature, making her a constant source of joy and connection.

At Percy’s, Grace is all about fun, flexibility, and helping each child feel free to be themselves.

Christy
Leader
Christy brings a wealth of experience to Percy’s Clubhouse through her role as an Educational Assistant at North Saanich Middle School. We’re so lucky to have her guiding our older kids as they prepare for and transition into middle school life!
​
Christy is a natural at helping children start their mornings with confidence, while also fostering independence and resilience in their daily routines. She’s passionate about equipping kids with the skills they need to succeed, not just in school, but in all areas of their day-to-day lives.
​
Outside of Percy’s, you’ll often find Christy cheering on her kids at their sports games or enjoying the great outdoors in any way she can. Her supportive, steady presence makes her a valued leader and a comforting guide for our soon-to-be middle schoolers.

Bella
Leader & Support Worker
Bella is currently studying in the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program at Camosun College, and her natural compassion and calm demeanor make her a wonderful fit for Percy’s Clubhouse. One of the first things you’ll notice about Bella is her gentle presence, she brings a sense of calm and care wherever she goes.

She’s always ready to jump into activities with the children, whether it’s a craft project, a group game, or simply lending an ear during a quiet moment. As a thoughtful listener, Bella ensures every child feels heard, understood, and supported. Her patience and kindness help create a safe and welcoming space where children can thrive.

Amber
Leader
Amber brings her experience as an Educational Assistant at the school directly into her work at Percy’s Clubhouse, and we’re so fortunate to have her familiar, friendly face on our team!

Known for her adaptability and strong sense of teamwork, Amber is always ready to lend a hand wherever it’s needed. Whether she’s supporting a child through a tricky moment or stepping in to help a colleague, Amber consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels supported, kids and staff alike.

Amber is incredibly attentive to the ever-changing rhythm of the center, with her eyes and ears always tuned in to what’s happening around her. Amber’s calm, caring, and observant presence helps make Percy’s a safe, welcoming space for all.
