Nicole
Program Director
The Captain of the Percy's Team! Nicole has worked at Percy's for many years and brings her expertise to run an inclusive childcare centre. Nicole oversees Percy's administrative and business needs as well as running our Willow Program. She acts as a strong liaison with SD63, QA, and VIHA. Her enthusiasm and caring nature make her a very strong Captain of our team. A friendly face to Sidney, everyone loves Nicole!
Manny
Financial Assistant Manager
Everyone at Percy's will agree that Manny's energy and enthusiasm are palpable. Manny covers all of Percy's financial needs, as well as running our Spruce program. Children are drawn to Manny because of her energy and positive attitude! Manny excels at directing and supporting children through new experiences. At Percy's you will see her building strong connections and relationships with all the children.
Caisa
Programming Assistant Manager
Caisa is our main programmer at Percy's and runs our Sitka Program! Caisa graduated from UVic in 2019 with a BA in Social Sciences and is passionate about following the structural elements of society and their interactions with children. She focuses on providing activities that encourage communication and critical thinking for the children. With work experience in recreation and program planning, she makes sure our programs are creative, educational, and challenging!
Mariah
Support Worker
To Percy's Mariah brings her experience as an EA at Sidney Elementary. As a strong support worker and familiar face, Mariah takes control of any situation while directing children throughout their day. Mariah strives to help children build the confidence and skills they need inside and outside of the classroom! As an experienced childcare worker, she thinks on her feet and rolls with the punches. At Percy's you will find her running our Juniper program.
Larina
Leader
Larina graduated UVic with a BSs degree and we are so lucky to have her!
Larina is one heck of an artist and kids are so drawn to her because of her creative personality. As a bonus, Larina is kind and patient. Whether playing games with the kids or walking them through problem-solving steps with peers, she breaks down each problem or rule in a way that is fitting for each age group! Each child comes away learning something new when they have spent an afternoon or morning with Larina!
Lastly, Larina contributes so much to the programs! Larina makes sure the rooms are full of homemade decorations to reflect each season and holiday!
Keely
Leader
Keely is a Percy's Alumni!
Keely currently attends Camosun and is working towards being a Dental Hygienist. As a dental hygienist in training, she is excellent at walking children through steps and routines. Keely's experience as a dental hygienist has been extremely useful to our programs. She comforts children through new experiences and is patient during transitions. Because Keely is so optimistic and positive, she floats throughout our programs so each room gets their share of Keely!

Charleen
Leader
As a mom of three, Charleen is a very supportive leader at Percy's. Charleen has worked at Percy's for almost 10 years now, and takes genuine interest in the lives of all the children! It is her goal to make sure that each child receives the best care that they deserve!
Taylor
Leader & Support Worker
Taylor's amiable personality is the first thing you will notice about her, and it makes her a perfect fit for our Spruce program. Taylor excels in this program because she will go out of her way to support all children in any aspects of their day. She is very insightful and will handle any problem thrown at her.
Rachel
Leader
Rachel is currently attending UVIC in the psychology program. As an aspiring counsellor, she excels at leading children towards a future where they feel confident and empowered enough to make positive changes for themselves. As an active listener, she guides children and their conversations in the most effective way possible.

Matt

Matt is the newest member of the Percy's Team!

Matt is a leader on our Grade 4-5 side and we couldn't ask for a better fit! You will find matt sitting at the tables with a group of children showing them new skills, like completing a rubrics cube or ref-ing a game of soccer outside!
Pam
Leader
If anyone knows anything about anything its Pam! After just retiring as an EA for 35 years, Pam now applies all her past knowledge to the Percys program. As one of our most versatile leaders, Pam has always proven herself to be irreplaceable! Whether it be an older or younger child Pam is able to connect and create positive relationships and encourage personal growth in each child.
Ella
Leader
As an aspiring Social Worker, Ella is passionate about supporting the wellbeing of all children. With an empathetic personality, she easily identifies the unique personalities of each child and finds the right way to make them feel understood. Ella exudes kindness, and boosts the feelings of happiness and optimism in our center. At Percy's you will find her in our Spruce program!

Grace
Leader & Support Worker
As a dynamic leader, Grace is always ready to run and move with the children. Grace's sense of humour and playful attitude makes her an excellent support worker for our kiddos that are always on the go. Grace is an extremely adaptable leader, so you will find her in our Spruce, Juniper, & Willow programs!
Children flock to Grace because of her playful attitude!!
Christy
Leader
Christy works as an EA at North Saanich Middle School and we are so lucky to have her guide our older kids as they transition in to middle school!

Christy is excellent at guiding children through their mornings, but also building confidence and indepdance in their daily lives! Christy strives to make sure that each child has the skills they need to be successful in as many aspects of their day-to-day.
​
In her spare time, Christy enjoys watching her children's sports games or being outdoors in any shape or form!
Bella
Leader & Support Worker
Bella is a lunch-time monitor and Inclusion Support Worker for SD 63. Bella's calm demeanor is the first thing you will notice about her. She is excellent at jumping in with the children and joining whatever activities they are up to! With her calm and patient demeanor, she is an outstanding listener and makes sure the children feel heard and understood.

Amber
Leader
Amber is an EA in the school and we are so lucky to have a familiar face from the school at Percy's!

As an EA, Amber is very adaptable and recognizes the importance of teamwork team at Percy's. Amber is always willing to lend an extra hand and help out in any way!

Amber's eyes and ears are always open and listening to the ever-changing environment of the center, and is always alert when the children are around.
