CCFRI
The Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative focuses on reducing the cost of all day childcare for families in BC. Percy's has opted into this Initiative for many years and is excited the Province of BC announced the reductions will now be helping families with children in Grade 1+. This means ALL our registered families see reductions to their monthly invoices.
We can reduce Before & after-school care spots by $5.75 per day!

The Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative focuses on reducing the cost of all day childcare for families in BC. Percy's has opted in to the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative since 2018. This initiative has allowed us to reduce our parent rates for families who have children in Kindergarten. Starting December 2022, reductions have increased to $9.50 per day for families enrolled in full time Before & Afterschool care, and for families enrolled in only before or afterschool care receive $4.75 off per day.

The province has announced future reductions for families who have children in grade 1 and up starting September 2023. We will be notifying all our families once we are aware of the reductions we will be able to offer everyone!!

For families who do not current receive the CCFRI reduction, subsidy is available to families under certain incomes.

More Programs!
Percy's Clubhouse has expanded both our Morning and Afterschool programs! We are now running 3 Morning programs, and 4 Afterschool programs. We are so thrilled we were able to offer more families on our waitlist a space.

OUR SIGNS!!

Here we are! Percy's has now received our business signs, made by a local business, Houston Sign's! Our signs will be extremely helpful in identifying the building to new families. Additionally, we also have individual signs for the doors of each rooms! This way no kids get lost on their way to their rooms after school.

And don't forget about our bus! With our bus clearly labeled "Percy's Childcare", inquiring families can directly contact us!

Our new Portables!
Percy's received a grant to expand our centre. This project was made possible thanks to many members of School District 63 and the Ministry of Children and Family Development. Our old portable was donated as a classroom and we received 3 brand new portables. With this expansion, we were able to expand our centre space from 20 children to 59!!
