2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR
Percy's is currently operating at program capacity and does not have any openings.
Our Before and After school care program run from September to June each year.
Before School Care runs from 7:00am-8:40am. After school care starts at 2:48 pm, when the bell rings, until 5:45 pm.

We value allowing children to experience a variety of activities so we often offer arts/crafts, group games, program-wide activities such as scavenger hunts and mini Olympics, reading time & free play with peers.

Percy's Out of School Care is now running 3 morning programs and 3 afterschool programs! With the addition of these programs we were able to take many families off of our waitlist! Please contact us at percys.clubhouse@percysch.ca or 250-656-4228 to be added to our waitlist. Please scroll down the page for instructions where to find each of our programs.

One-on-one support

Does your child receive educational assistance at school? Would they benefit from one-on-one support within our programs?

To ensure your child has the best experience and receives the support they need, families are asked to inform Percy's of your child's support needs. Families are also encouraged to arrange additional support before participating in our programs. Percy's has a limited availability to provide one-on-one support for children. Provided support is dependent on staff availability and program demands.

Funding for children benefiting from one-to-one support is done through The Supported Child Development Program. This program is offered through Vancouver Island Health Authority, and works with eligible families to offer resources, support in organized childcare and recreation activities, observations, and training opportunities. It is strongly recommended that families contact the Developmental Program as early as possible, as demand is high.

If your child is in Kindergarten...
We will ensure that your child is accompanied in-between their classroom and Percy's care for Morning and After-School. This is to maintain safety and comfort for our youngest participants.
